Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Full time receptionist needed to start immediately.
Duties: answer phones and take care of walk in customers, manage customer data entry, distribution and delivery of mail, and misc. filing. Assist accounting departments with projects. Manage social media web sites.
The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, be a self-starter, have strong time management skills, be organized, have the ability to multi-task, and have strong computer skills. Experience in Microsoft programs – especially Microsoft Office 2007 – to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be a plus. Bachelor degree preferred.
Starting salary $30,000. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacations and personal time, 401k and profit sharing.

Property Damage Repair
We are currently looking for an Estimator/Sales person for insurance related property damage work. Work closely with insurance companies, adjusters and owners to estimate and sell fire, water, wind and other property damage repair projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Estimate , sell, and oversee the mitigation and reconstruction of property damage projects with established accounts. Market for new accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare accurate job estimates and negotiate for the sales with adjusters and property owners .
- Complete necessary change orders, invoices, and post project paperwork.
- Meet sales goals: sell jobs and actively market for new leads.
- Oversee reconstruction work.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of the commercial/residential construction industry.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Ability and will to complete required paperwork correctly and punctuality.
• Computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Xactimate experience a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with the Restoration industry a plus.
• Assertive personality.
• Strong desire to learn and excel.
